The Wily Trout Vineyard produces quality Canberra Region cool climate wines, including red and white varietals. The Canberra Wine Region is renowned for its soft, peppery shiraz which is grown in the Wily Trout Vineyard.
Red varietals produced are Shiraz and Pinot Noir and the whites, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. From a combination of the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, a Method Traditionalle is made - a premium Australian Sparkling.
Wines must be purchased in multiples of 6 bottles. Mixed half and full cases can be made up.
