Wily Trout Vineyard, located in the Canberra Wine Region is a second generation family run vineyard. Susan and Robert Bruce planted the first vines in 1997. Their son, William Bruce now manages the boutique vineyard.
The Canberra Region is renowned for producing premium quality cool climate Shiraz and Riesling. The Wily Trout Vineyard grows both red and white varietals including Shiraz, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. A combination on Pinot Noir and Chardonnay is produced into a traditional method champenoise sparkling wine.
Wily Trout shares its home and cellar door with traditional country smokehouse, Poachers Pantry. Our cellar door is open 7 days, 10am to 5pm.
